Kustbus
Tijdens de zomervakantie rijdt er een gratis kustbus tussen Station Castricum en Castricum aan Zee. Van 4 juli t/m 30 augustus 2026 rijdt deze pendeldienst dagelijks tussen 10.00 en 21.00 uur ieder half uur.
Dienstregeling
De bus rijdt tussen NS-station Castricum via De Santmark en Camping Bakkum naar Castricum aan Zee. Voor de kustbus gelden dezelfde regels als reguliere lijnbussen.

Fiets of openbaar vervoer
De gemeente Castricum moedigt strandbezoekers aan om met de fiets of het openbaar vervoer naar het strand gaan. Het is mogelijk om dicht bij het station fietsen te huren. De gratis busverbinding is tot stand gekomen in samenwerking met lokale ondernemers, Provincie Noord-Holland en campings in Castricum.
